How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time 

 

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days* of being placed. 

 

Please note that domestic and international shipping windows are not included in our processing time and only go into effect once your order is processed. 

 

You have 3 hours to make changes to your order after it is placed, including shipping address. No changes can be made once your order is sent to our shipping team, so please double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out.

 

You can expect to receive your Tracking Number within 1–2 business days of order processing.

 

Domestic and international shipping partners include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and FedEx Cross Border.

 

Domestic Shipping** 

 

Choose Standard Domestic Shipping for delivery 6-9 business days after processing; this option is available to all addresses located in the United States.

 

 

International Shipping** 

 

International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days of processing. 


For International USPS Shipping, please allow a few extra days for the completion of customs paperwork and processing at international shipping facilities. This process can take up to 30 business days at certain times of the year.

 

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties that are not included in your order total at the time you checkout; these fees vary based on location and are the sole responsibility of the consumer. To eliminate surprises, please familiarize yourself with your country’s rules, regulations, tariffs, and duties before placing your order.
